temples, shrines, rivers and lakes,

Uttarakhand, with its numerous sacred
shrines, is the most preferred
destination of every devout Hindu. A
visit to holy places like the Char Dham,
Haridwar and Rishikesh is considered a
must for every Hindu. According to
ancient Hindu scriptures, a visit to the
Char Dham leads one to salvation. This
abode of Gods is dotted with ancient
temples and shrines made thousands of
years ago giving testimony to the rich
religious heritage. Visitors from all
over the world come to Uttarakhand for
pilgrimage.
Uttarakhand is a state that is
completely enveloped by spiritual air.
It is not surprising to find a holy site
or temple every few meters in this
enchanting state. While in terms of
natural treasure, Uttarakhand is blessed
with the best - deep cut valleys, virgin
sylvan surrounds, snow capped Himalayan
peaks, beautiful meadows, icy glaciers,
shimmering lakes, springs and waterfalls
and so on, in terms of spiritualism and
religiosity, the state is home to some
of the holiest shrines, temples and
rivers.
The Char Dham (four abodes) which is
considered the most important Hindu
pilgrimage includes the holy shrines of
Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and
Yamunotri. Badrinath, considered to be
the holiest, is located between the
mountains of Nar and Narayan with River
Alaknanda flowing peacefully beside it.
It is known as Badrinath since the
entire region is covered with Badri
trees. Kedarnath shrine, situated at a
high altitude of 3580 meters above the
sea level is another revered pilgrim
destination which was set up by Hindu
Guru Adi Shankaracharya in early 8th
century. It is one of the twelve 'Jyotirlingas'
of Lord Shiva.

Day 01: Mayapuri (Haridwar) –
Syanachatti ( Barkot)
Early morning pick up from har ki pauri
(your hotel) / railway station & take breakfast
and start your
drive for Syanachatti Inrout visit
Satynarayan Temple in Haridwar &
Parkeswar temple in Ddun & Kempty fall
in Mussoorie. Check in your hotel. Take
Dinner & go to bed.
Day 02: Shyanachatti (Barkot) –
Jankichatti – Shri Yamunotri –
Jankichatti – Shyanachatti
Morning after walk up take bath in hot
water & driver for jankichatti after
arrival take your horse & Ponies start
your terk for shri Yamuna ji temple.
After arrival yamunotri take bath in
Jamunabai Kund's in near Yamuna temple &
you can cook rice by packing it in a
cloth and dipping it in the hot water of
the Tap Jamuna Bai kund. Pilgrims take
this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Here
near the temple "Pooja" can be offered
to Yamuna ji Divya Shila.Back down for
Jankichatti find Caught you car & drive
Back for your hotel Take rest Day free
for relax. Take dinner & go to bed.
Day 03: Shyanachatti (Barkot) –
Uttarakashi - Naitala
Morning after take relax breakfast Drive
start to Naitala. If you want to Visit
Naga temple , Shiv gufa in Brahmkhal
then you will trek 500 Mtrs .on the way
Arrival Uattarkashi visit Vishwanath
Temple & drive for Naital . Check in
your hotel. Evening enjoy the Himalaya
Picture & after take dinner go to bed.
Day 04: Naitala – Shri Gangotri –
Naitala
Early morning after taking bath in hot
water drive start for shri Ganga ji
temple in Gangotri (3142 Mts). Arrival
in gangotri take the bath in Sury kund
or Vishnu kund or Brhma Kund afte take
the bath visit Ganga ji temple & prayer
to Ganga Shila & after that Bhagirath
shila in near Ganga temple after
complete your puja take breakfast in
Gangotri. Now you can start you drive
back to Naitala & enjoy picturesque in
Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the
most magnificent view of the Himalayas.
Later came bak your hotel & take dinner
& go to bed.
Day 05: Naitala - Rudraprayag
Early morning after breakfast drive to
Rudraprayag enroute visit Chaurongi nath
temple in chaurongi khal , Tehri Lake &
Later Drive for rudraprayag. Check in
your hotel Take dinner & go to bed.
Day 06: Rudraprayag - Kedarnath
Morning After Breakfast drive to
Gaurikund, visit Rudranath Temple &
Alknanda + Mandakani River Conference in
rudraprag after that drive for gaurikund
Trek start from Gaurikund to Kedarnath
(3584 mts) on foot or on by pony / Doli
on your own cost. (You can use
helicopter service from Guptkashi or
Phata or Badalpur Sershi).Tour members
should carry personal medicines, heavy
woolen, tolietteries and clothes for an
overnight halt at Kedarnath. Check in
Hotel. Later visit Kedarnath Temple
Enjoy the Kedarnath temple arti &
Shivling Abhishek. Take dinner & go to
Bed.
Day 07: Kedarnath ji - Rudraprayag
Early morning after bath from hot water
in your hotel Meet your Trith Purohit &
visit kedarnath Temple for Shivling
Abhiskek after Temple Darshan & abhishek
Take breakfast & trek down to Gaurikund.
Later, drive to Rudraprayag via
Guptkashi. Check in your Hotel at
Rudraprayag. Take dinner & go to Bed.
Day 08: Rudraprayag – Sri Vishnu
Darshan (Badrinath)
Morning After Breakfast start Drive for
Badrinath Visit Karnpayag (Pinder River
+ Alkhnanda river conference ) ,
Nandprayag (Nandakani River + Alkhnanda
river conference),Take lunch in
pipalkoti After that visit Narsingh
temple & sankracharya Math (Kalptaru its
Aprox 1000 years Oldest tree).Take you
gate from joshimath for Badrinath ji
Inrout visit yogdhyan badri In
Pandukeswar (Its the ones Badri from
Panch Badri) Check in your Hotel. Later
at evening visit Badrinath Temple for
Aarti after bath in Traptkund.Back your
hotel take dinner & go to Bed.
Day
9: Sri Vishnu Darshan (Badrinath)
– Rudraprayag
Early morning after bath in traptkund
visit Sri Vishnu Darshan with The Sri
Garud Ji, Udav Ji, Maa Lakshimi Ji, Sri
Kuber Ji in Badrinath temple.
Brahamakamal is significant for Pinddan
Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). Morning

visit Mana Village (Its last Tibaten

After that back Drive for Rudraprayag
visit Vishnuprayag (River conference of
